A roomy Umahiko Cardigan made from a light, warm wool that will grow more characterful with age. We loved the look of the reverse side after knitting, so we used it as the face of the garment. Donkey-kun appears with a softly blurred, quietly expressive presence.

The yarn once used for Chitose Shukuju, our distinctive fulled wool knit, was spun with a familiar clattering sound. Sadly, it can no longer be made. Still drawn to its hand-spun-like irregularity and richly nuanced color, we spun a new yarn in that spirit and used the natural knitted edges to make this rustic piece.
