We wove fine yarn densely into a weft sateen that feels soft to the touch and needs no ironing. Tough yet elegant, it has a contrast of qualities we love. To give the fabric greater depth, we dyed it in two shades of indigo. The face is Ai-iro Nando, a deep indigo with the look of color built up through repeated dyeing, while the reverse is yarn-dyed in a fresh, bluish Summer Blue.
