Heritage R Ltd operates 45Rglobal.com as the official global online store under license from 45rpm studio Co., Ltd. (Japan).

The Website is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide products and services to you.

By agreeing to these Terms of Service, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state, province, or country of residence.

To use the Website, including accessing or browsing our online store or purchasing any of the products or services we offer, you may be asked to provide certain information, such as your email address, billing, payment, and shipping information. You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all of your account activity.

3. Our Products

We have made every effort to ensure that the Items on our Website are presented as accurately as possible. However, the color accuracy may vary depending on your personal monitor, and therefore we cannot guarantee that the color of the actual Item will be precisely accurate.

We do not warrant that the appearance or quality of any products purchased by you will meet your expectations or be the same as depicted or rendered on our Website.

All descriptions of products are subject to change at any time without notice at our sole discretion. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time and may limit the quantities of any products that we offer to any person, geographic region or jurisdiction, on a case-by-case basis.

4. Making a Purchase

When you order an Item from 45Rglobal.com, you are making an offer to buy it for the price stated, which is subject to these Terms.

Once you have submitted your order, we will send you an email acknowledging the exact details of your order, providing you with an order reference and the total value of your order. This is not an order confirmation or order acceptance from 45Rglobal.com.

Unless we have notified you that we do not accept your order or you have cancelled your order, our acceptance of your order and the completion of the contract between you and us will take place when you receive an email from us notifying you that we have dispatched the Items ordered by you.

We may not accept your order if (i) an item you have ordered is out of stock, (ii) we are unable to obtain authorization for your payment, or (iii) if we identify a product or pricing error. We reserve the right to reject any offer to purchase by you at any time and at our sole discretion.

Your purchases are subject to return or exchange solely in accordance with our Return and Refund Policy.

You represent and warrant that your purchases are for your own personal or household use and not for commercial resale or export.

5. Prices and Billing

Prices, discounts and promotions are subject to change without notice. The price charged for a product will be the price in effect at the time the order is placed and will be set out in your order confirmation email.

Unless otherwise expressly stated, posted prices may not include taxes, shipping, handling, customs or import charges, depending on your destination.

You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase, payment and account information for all purchases made at our store. You agree to promptly update your account and other information, including your email address, credit card numbers and expiration dates, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.

You represent and warrant that (i) the credit card or payment information you provide is true, correct, and complete, (ii) you are duly authorized to use such payment method for the purchase, (iii) charges incurred by you will be honored by your payment provider, and (iv) you will pay charges incurred by you at the posted prices, including shipping and handling charges and all applicable taxes, if any.

All credit/debit cardholders are subject to validation checks and authorization by the issuer. If the issuer of your payment card refuses, or does not, for any reason, authorize payment to us, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery.

6. Shipping Policy

All orders are shipped from 45R's official Hong Kong regional office.

For international orders, we use DHL Express (FedEx International Priority for US orders). For orders within Hong Kong, we use SF Express.

Most orders are shipped within 2 business days, subject to availability. Estimated delivery is 3-10 business days from the ship date, depending on destination. We do not ship on weekends or Hong Kong public holidays.

Free shipping is available on orders over a certain amount. The qualifying threshold varies by destination and is displayed at checkout.

Delivery to PO Boxes, APO, and FPO addresses is not available.

We are not liable for shipping and delivery delays. All delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processing, or events outside our control.

7. Duty and Tax

Depending on your destination, duties and taxes may be included in the price at checkout (DDP) or collected upon delivery (DDU). This will be clearly indicated during the checkout process. For any questions, please contact your local customs authority.

8. Returns

Customer satisfaction is always our top priority. While we hope that you are delighted with your order, if you are not perfectly satisfied with your items, we will happily offer you a refund.

Items must be returned within 20 days of the order date. You must contact customer service prior to returning your order.

Sale or discounted items, socks and tights, and personalized or custom products are non-returnable.

To initiate a return, please ensure that the item is in its original and perfect condition, with all 45R garment tags still attached, meaning it has not been worn, washed, tumble dried, altered, or tailored.

If returned goods fail to meet our return policy requirements, we reserve the right to refuse a credit for products. Returns that are damaged, soiled or returned without their original labels are not accepted and may be sent back to the customer.

9. Frequent Returns

At 45Rglobal.com, we pride ourselves on selling 45R products that have been meticulously inspected before we send them to you, as well as working hard to ensure that our sizing information is accurate.

If we notice that you have a high returns rate on your account, we may take the decision to deactivate your account until we can understand a little more about what's not quite working for you. We will contact you via email if we deem this an appropriate course of action.

Additionally, if we observe that you frequently purchase multiple sizes or colors of the same item with the intention of selecting only one and returning the rest, we kindly ask that you refrain from this practice. Such behavior may lead us to cancel your orders or take other appropriate actions.

10. Refunds

If you meet the eligibility criteria for returns, we will process your refund to the original payment method used during the purchase. Please note that the time it takes for the refund to reflect in your account may vary depending on your payment provider.

We are unable to refund the original shipping charges, or any customs fees/taxes associated with the order. These costs are the responsibility of the customer.

The return shipping costs will be borne by the customer in all cases unless otherwise specified.

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange a product, please follow the refund process and place a new order for the desired item separately.

11. Discount Codes

You may occasionally receive discount codes from us, via email or through promotional materials.

Each code is unique to the recipient, is not transferable, has no monetary value and under no circumstances can it be converted into currency. Each code has an expiry date, which will be stated at the time of promotion or on accompanying promotional materials which cannot be modified.

When an order is placed using a promotional code and contains several items, the value of the discount is spread over each item according to the pro-rated value of that item. Any refund of an item purchased in such an order will be reduced by the value of discount attached to it. The 'discount' will not be refunded.

Under no circumstances can the value of a discount code be deducted from an order if that code is defective or out of date: no replacement codes will be issued.

Only one discount voucher can be used per order.

12. Intellectual Property

Our Website, including but not limited to all trademarks, brands, text, displays, images, graphics, product descriptions, video, and audio, and the design, selection, and arrangement thereof, are owned by Heritage R Ltd, 45rpm studio Co., Ltd., or their licensors and are protected by international copyright and other intellectual property laws.

These Terms permit you to use the Website for your personal, non-commercial use only. You must not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any of the material on the Website without our prior written consent.

45R names, logos, product and service names, designs, and slogans are trademarks of 45rpm studio Co., Ltd. or its affiliates. You must not use such trademarks without prior written permission.

Unauthorized use of the Website may be a violation of international intellectual property laws. All rights not expressly granted herein are reserved.

You may be provided with access to third-party tools as part of the Website, which we neither monitor nor have any control over.

45Rglobal.com is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide our products and services to you. However, any sales and purchases you make on our Website are made directly with Heritage R Ltd.

By using the Website, you acknowledge and agree that Shopify is not responsible for any aspect of any sales between you and Heritage R Ltd, including any injury, damage, or loss resulting from purchased products and services. You hereby expressly release Shopify and its affiliates from all claims, damages, and liabilities arising from or related to your purchases and transactions with Heritage R Ltd.

All personal information we collect through the Website is subject to our Privacy Policy. By using the Website, you acknowledge that you have read our Privacy Policy.
