45R Flagship Stores

The Badou-R flagship store takes its name from the days when the area was once a path for horses. Located a 12–13 minute walk from Omotesando Station, the shop sits quietly at the far end of Kotto-dori. Designed with traditional architectural techniques interpreted in a modern way, it is 45R’s main flagship store. Inside, you’ll find a rich selection of denim, along with a chain-stitch sewing machine ready for authentic finishing.

Located on Sanjo-dori in Kyoto, a five-minute walk from Karasuma Oike Station, the 45R Kyoto store is the oldest of our street-level shops in Japan. Built with prized woods and stones gathered from across the country, the space unfolds into a distinctly otherworldly vision of Kyoto as imagined by 45R. Just a few blocks from our Soho store, the 45R New York Crosby shop is the only location outside Japan to offer the full “Ai Shokunin Iroiro 45” collection. The space itself reflects the essence of Japanese architecture, thoughtfully woven into its design.
