Indian Khadi is a fabric we find beautiful even with its irregularities and tiny flecks of cotton fiber — carefully hand-spun and woven in homes across villages in India. We love its warm, rustic fullness, a texture modern machines simply cannot reproduce. For colder weather, we wove it slowly from slightly thicker single yarns. The charming natural irregularity of Khadi becomes the ground for a stripe built from gathered flowers.
