Following in the footsteps of our beloved 45 Petit Denim, we created "Monpetit Denim," a lightweight 8.1-ounce fabric. Born from our desire to craft shirts and dresses using our favorite denim, this material is thin and soft yet carries the rich depth and character of heavy-ounce denim. A true 45R standard, ideal for the early days of spring.
Special attention was given to the stitching. By alternating between double and triple stitching depending on the placement, we not only reinforced the seams for durability but also highlighted the classic beauty of denim. Washed extensively to achieve natural fading, this piece will continue to evolve with wear—a testament to 45R’s dedication to Japanese craftsmanship.
