Ordering
Simply browse our collections and add items to your cart. At checkout, select your country to see prices in your local currency, then complete your shipping details and payment. You'll receive an order confirmation email right away, followed by a shipping notification with tracking once your order is on its way.
We process orders quickly, so please contact us as soon as possible if you need to make changes. We'll do our best to help, though we may not be able to make changes once an order has been dispatched.
When you select your country, prices will be displayed in your local currency at checkout. Available payment methods vary by region and will be shown during checkout. All transactions are processed securely.
Each product page includes a Size Guide with model information, a detailed size chart (in both cm and inches), and a My Fit feature that lets you compare with items from your past orders. Since sizing can vary between styles, we recommend checking the size chart for each item to find your best fit.
Shipping & Delivery
Orders are dispatched within 2 business days (weekends and holidays excluded). Delivery typically takes 3–5 days for Asia and 4–7 days for all other regions, including the Americas, Europe, Oceania, and the Middle East. Occasionally, customs procedures may add a little extra time beyond our estimates.
We use SF Express for Hong Kong, FedEx for the United States, and DHL for all other destinations. Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with your tracking number.
Free shipping availability and thresholds vary by destination. You can check the shipping conditions for your country on any product page. If your order qualifies, free shipping is applied automatically at checkout.
We ship to most countries worldwide! Simply select your country from the country selector on our website to confirm availability and see localized pricing.
Duties, Taxes & Customs
For most destinations—including the United States, Canada, EU countries, the UK, Switzerland, Norway, Iceland, Australia, New Zealand, and Taiwan—duties and taxes are included in your order total. No additional charges at delivery.
However, some countries may require payment upon delivery due to local customs regulations. If you're asked to pay any unexpected fees related to your order, please contact us—we're happy to help and will arrange a refund where applicable.
Please note that customs clearance procedures are beyond our control and may cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates.
EZ WAY is Taiwan's official customs clearance app. Register once with your ID, then simply tap "Confirm" in the app when notified during customs clearance. It's free and only takes a moment. Without approval, your package may be returned. Download on App Store or Google Play.
Returns & Refunds
We're happy to help with returns. Please contact us first to initiate the process. Items must arrive back to us within 20 days of your order date, unworn and with original tags attached. For full details, see our Return Policy.
Sale items are final sale and cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded. Items that have been worn, washed, altered, or are missing their original tags are also not eligible. If you're unsure, feel free to contact us before purchasing.
Simply contact us to get started. We'll provide you with instructions and a return address. Items should be sent back within 20 days of your order date, unworn and with all original tags attached.
We don't offer direct exchanges at this time. If you'd like a different size, simply return the original item and place a new order. To help find the right fit from the start, we recommend checking the Size Guide on each product page.
Shipping costs (both original and return) are not refundable, and any duties or taxes paid at delivery on non-DDP orders are also non-refundable. However, if the return is due to our mistake (e.g., wrong item sent), we'll happily cover the shipping—just contact us and we'll take care of it.
To keep things fair for everyone, we do monitor return patterns. Accounts with unusually high return rates—such as regularly ordering multiple sizes with the intention of returning most—may be subject to limitations. Thank you for your understanding.
