All orders are shipped from 45R's official Hong Kong regional office.

- United States: FedEx International Priority
- Other international destinations: DHL Express
- Hong Kong: SF Express
Free Shipping
Free shipping is available on orders over a certain amount. The qualifying threshold varies by destination and is displayed at checkout.
Processing Time
Most orders are shipped within 2 business days, subject to availability.
Estimated Delivery
3-10 business days from the ship date, depending on destination.
Non-Shipping Days
We do not ship on weekends or Hong Kong public holidays.
Delivery Restrictions
Delivery to PO Boxes, APO, and FPO addresses is not available.
Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email.
Duties and Taxes
Depending on your destination, duties and taxes may be included in the price at checkout (DDP) or collected upon delivery (DDU). This will be clearly indicated during the checkout process. For any questions, please contact your local customs authority.
U.S. Customs Clearance
For U.S. orders of $2,500 USD or more, U.S. Customs requires the recipient's Tax ID (SSN or EIN) for clearance. FedEx will contact you with a secure link to submit it.
Refused or Unclaimed Deliveries
Regardless of order value, if a package is refused, not claimed, or returned to us because information required for delivery or customs clearance was not provided, the order will be refunded minus the actual round-trip shipping costs, as described in our Return and Refund Policy.
