Shetland sheep live resiliently in a harsh natural environment. Their outer fleece is rugged while the inner fibers are remarkably fine, giving the wool a unique combination of resilience, color, and fullness. We fulled the knit with the image of a sweater worn through rain and wind, gradually becoming denser and richer with time. The result has just the right thickness: light, breathable, and softly warm.
