Indian Khadi is a fabric we find beautiful even with its irregularities and tiny flecks of cotton fiber — carefully hand-spun and woven in homes across villages in India. We love its warm, rustic fullness, a texture modern machines simply cannot reproduce. Wanting more people to discover the material, we created a Khadi Oxford unlike anything we had made before. It keeps Khadi’s lightness while reducing transparency for a more reassuring feel.
