Return Period
Items must be returned within 20 days of the order date. Please contact our customer service before returning any items.
Return Conditions
Items must be in original, unworn condition with all 45R tags attached. Returns that are damaged, soiled, or missing original tags will not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer.

Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping fees are non-refundable. If your item is faulty (damaged or with a manufacturing defect), please contact us for assistance.
Refused or Unclaimed Deliveries
Regardless of order value, once an order has shipped, if the package is refused, not claimed, or returned to us because information required for delivery or customs clearance was not provided, we will refund the order minus the actual costs we incurred: the original shipping to you (including when shipping was free), the return shipping to us, and any duties, taxes, or fees charged to us. If the carrier disposes of an unclaimed package, we may be unable to issue a refund.
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method. Please note that processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange a product, please return it for a refund and place a new order separately.
Frequent Returns
If we notice an unusually high return rate on your account, we may contact you to understand more about your experience. We also ask that you refrain from purchasing multiple sizes or colors with the intention of returning most of them. Such activity may result in order cancellation or account suspension.
