Right of Withdrawal

If you live in the EU or the EEA, you may withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving a reason. Fill in the form below, then check your details and confirm on the screen that follows.

Before you withdraw

  • You may examine the items as you would in a shop — try them on over your own clothes and check the fit. Anything beyond that reduces their value: wearing them, washing or cleaning them, altering or repairing them, removing or losing the tags, or leaving marks such as make-up, scent, smoke or pet hair. Every returned item is inspected on arrival, and we deduct the resulting loss in value from your refund.
  • You bear the direct cost of returning the items. We refund the price of the goods together with any standard delivery cost you paid; where delivery was free of charge, there is no delivery cost to refund.
  • Made-to-order and personalised items are not covered by the right of withdrawal.
