In September 2000, we made our first store debut in New York City. One T-shirt in particular, made from "super gauze," became a hot topic among the locals and marked the origins of our super-gauze fabric.

Over the years, our Supima organic super gauze fabric has undergone continuous refinement. It combines the breathability of allowing air to pass through with the warmth of trapping air, all while possessing a smooth and elegant sheen—a cotton equivalent of cashmere.

Crafted seamlessly as a whole garment, the lightly knitted cardigan showcases the evolution of the silhouette from its previous slim shape to a loose and flowing style. It drapes effortlessly and can be worn as a standalone piece, providing both comfort and style.

How Do You Properly Care for Super Gauze?

Super Gauze, an incredibly soft and comfortable knit material, is surprisingly easy to care for. You can machine wash it—just follow these simple steps:

・Use a gentle or hand wash cycle with water up to 30°C.

・Always opt for a mild detergent and avoid bleach to preserve the original feel of the fabric.

・Skip the tumble dry to prevent damage and instead, reshape by laying flat in the shade.

・Ironing is safe up to 150°C.
