Monpu Denim 908 Baker Pants Tan

With oversized flap pockets, wide-set stitching, and adjustable drawstrings at the hems, these pants are inspired by classic military wear. The waist tabs are intentionally finished with a slightly rough stitch to preserve a vintage feel. If any loose threads catch your eye, simply tie them off before trimming to prevent fraying.

Made from 8.1-ounce denim, this fabric sits between our lightweight 45 Petit Denim and the slightly thicker Shirt-Denim. Perfect for early spring, it is thin and soft, yet carries the rich depth and character of heavyweight denim. This is 45R’s signature denim, thoughtfully crafted to age beautifully over time. 

We used a proprietary 45R dye that fades into a subtly muted hue, enhancing the well-worn character of the fabric. The carefully balanced stitching and seam fading create an authentic, lived-in look—an expression of the Japanese craftsmanship that defines 45R.
