Crafted from 8.1oz Monpe denim—thinner than our 45 Petit Denim yet slightly thicker than Shirt Denim—this fabric is ideal for early spring. Light and soft, yet designed to reflect the depth and tonal variation of heavier denim, it represents 45R’s commitment to Japanese craftsmanship.

We’ve used 45R’s original dye, which fades into a gently muted tone over time. With frequent wear and washing, the fabric develops distinctive character and beautiful wear patterns—subtle details that speak to the care and craftsmanship behind every piece.
