Every year, 45R pioneers new indigo recipes. Born in March 2023 as the 34th iteration, the 45R Original Indigo Shade, Kageiro Nando (影色納戸), exudes the depth of indigo akin to the darkness of black.

Fine-tuning the rope dyeing process repeatedly... until the yarns finally resonate. A mysterious hue emerges, balancing the profound blue of indigo with the refined gentleness of gray. Each nurtured denim bears the distinctive marks of its journey – rugged fades, unique abrasions, a blend of blue and gray. It's a genuine vintage unlike any other.
