The Rye Mugi Denim is a surprisingly lightweight and breathable fabric, despite its sturdy appearance. Instead of a stark, clinical white, we aimed for a refined, pearl-like shade of white that pairs effortlessly with any outfit.

The hanger loop, designed for convenient storage, is crafted using rare selvedge denim. The interior features a soba thread motif inspired by celestial maidens draped in heavenly robes. The embroidered "R" is dyed with Edo Sakura, a plant-based dye that yields a delicate cherry blossom hue. Over time, this color will gracefully fade, adding depth to its character.

The design, called "Charlotte 5," is inspired by the poised stance of French architect Charlotte Perriand, blending elegance with understated functionality. This piece reflects 45R’s dedication to Japanese craftsmanship and timeless design.
