We love the classic Basque striped T-shirt, and we've knitted it in low gauge to give the fabric a strong, textured feel. Like vintage garments, it’s made from single-ply yarn, so a bit of charming distortion is to be expected. The final adjustments were done by hand-cutting the fabric, preserving the simple, rustic texture that is unique to single-ply yarn. At 45R, we take pride in this natural texture, as it reflects the Japanese craftsmanship we value.
