This slightly larger bandana was created using block printing — a traditional method where patterns are carefully aligned by hand-carved wooden blocks, and layers of ink are built up one by one.

Measuring 71cm on each side, it's larger than 45R’s usual 52cm square bandanas, giving you even more ways to enjoy it. Wrap it around your head or a hat, or let it peek from your pocket as a pop of color. It’s even handy for shielding against wind and rain. The possibilities of a bandana are truly endless.

Made with a dedication to hand-spinning and hand-weaving, the khadi fabric has a soft fullness and a subtle transparency. With every wash, it grows softer and more refined, enhancing its gentle character. This is where 45R’s Japanese craftsmanship shines through in every thread.
