Woven from a blend of silk and cotton, the fabric features understated yet refined stripes and checks. Inspired by the quiet elegance of traditional Tanba textiles, we created an original fabric that embodies the essence of 45R.

The cotton is spun using machines typically reserved for wool, giving it a hand-spun-like fullness. The silk, entirely hand - spun, enhances the fabric’s rich, artisanal character. It has a crisp, linen - like texture that softens beautifully over time, gradually revealing its natural suppleness.
