Crafted from Australian cotton that has absorbed plenty of sunlight, we carefully adjusted the spinning and twisting of the yarn to create a knit that holds air, resulting in a plush and textured fabric.

The knit was made by twisting and knitting three threads together, then meticulously post-dyed. This labor-intensive process enhances the fabric’s sheen and texture, giving it an elegant finish. Though made from knit, the construction stays true to the cut-and-sew philosophy, reflecting 45R’s commitment to Japanese craftsmanship.
