Boiled Float Dress

We focused on keeping the design simple to let the fabric's natural beauty shine. This dress features a charming rolled neckline typical of jersey fabric, with a relaxed fit through the shoulders and body.

Since the earliest days of craftsmanship, nature has likely been the inspiration for all motifs. This year, autumn colors blend beautifully, and we've crafted a lightweight, wonderfully soft "float felting" fabric. The felting process is very labor-intensive—starting from calculating the shrinkage rate, we carefully and thoughtfully knit each piece. The more effort we put into it, the more we cherish this creation, and we take pride in presenting it as a true expression of 45R's craftsmanship and Japanese tradition.
