Made from our Rye Denim—a lighter, thinner fabric suitable for year-round wear—the texture is distinct from traditional hickory, woven in a bold herringbone pattern for added character and presence.

For this piece, we revisited the way we process Rye Denim. After carefully creating all five shades of indigo, we applied a single wash to bring out a soft, faded brightness—our new take on the pale tone of Tan. A quiet expression of 45R’s Japanese craftsmanship, this vest blends thoughtful design with the natural beauty of indigo tradition.
